Admission Arrangements for September 2026

Middleforth CE Primary School is a voluntary controlled school, and Lancashire County Council (LCC) is the admissions authority for community and voluntary controlled schools.

Applications must be made on-line via the Lancashire County Council website -  you can apply for a Reception place here.

Please note, we do not require a supplementary information form (SIF).

We will have information regarding the online reception application process and key dates via Lancashire County Council in Autumn.

We will be hosting a number of open days in the Autumn term and will advertise the dates here when they are available. We look forward to welcoming you then!

In-Year Admissions

Since 1 November 2021, the LCC Area Pupil Access team has been responsible for co-ordinating all in year admissions, irrespective of the year group, and schools do not maintain waiting lists for places.

To apply online for an in year move click here.

Parents should contact LCC Pupil Access directly on on 01772 532109 if you wish to discuss your application, as we do not manage this process.
